As Head of Product Design at Laiye, I led design across AI and automation products, from the structure of the platform to the conversational interfaces within it. My remit connected product architecture, interaction design, and visual consistency as the products and organisation scaled globally.

I partnered with product and engineering to give a broad set of capabilities a clear structure and a consistent experience. Across platform navigation, the home experience, and embedded assistants, our focus was on helping people understand what was available, find their next task, and keep moving through their work.
